This is the fastest and securest method for international delivery.
The prices on the video catalogue exclude this shipping cost. Therefore, the total cost will be higher than simple addition of prices of our videos.

Also shipping cost varies depending on the weight of your order. As your reference, 1 cassette is about 500 grams at most including a package. 500 grams is about 1 pound. So, if you order 2 cassettes, it will be about 1000grams, about 1 kilogram or about 2 pounds.
In the list, we put down the cost for one cassette. So if you placed 2 cassettes, please make this figure double.

It takes about 7 days to 10 days until you receive your orders by international delivery. This is the time when all items of yours are in stock. However, if the items are on order or future releases, it takes more than 10 days. Also, because of the international delivery, sometimes long delay will occur from the reason that beyond our control.

　

After receiving your order form and checking if everything is correctly filled in, we send you the confirmatione-mail. It takes 1 to 4 days depending on the calendar date until you receive the confirmation e-mail. Our business hour is Monday through Friday 9:30 to 18:30 Japan time.

Ex.) If we receive your order after 18:30 on Friday, processing of this order will be postponed until following Monday.

Ex.) If we receive your order after 18:30 on the day before Japanese legal holiday and on legal holidays, processing of the order will be postponed until the day right after the holiday.

After sending the confirmation e-mail, we prepare shipping. We verify your credit card at this stage. If your card has any problem of processing, we will make contact with you. If everything is done, we ship your products immediately.

Once your order is processed and set, you can't change your order. So please be aware of the items that you order before sending the order form.
