Q. How much will it be in US dollars for the videos whose prices are listed in Japanese Yen?
Recently, one US Dollar exchanges for approximately 110 Japanese Yen. Also, one Euro exchanges for approximately 110 Japanese Yen. However, this rate is changeable, so please use this figure as a reference. We don't guarantee what exchange rate your card company takes.

We are sorry but we don't accept any check, money order, and cash for payment. We accept VISA, Master Card, DC Card and American Express only.
Q. I need English version. Do you have videos and books in English?
We have some titles with English narration (4 cassettes of Masahiko Tanaka's Karate series and 2 cassettes of Wado-kai Kata series). Though, all cassettes have key words and terms written in alphabet.
We are sorry but we don't have books in English except for "The Complete Series of Shito-ryu Kata" and "Karatedo Kata Kyohan Shitei-kata". These 2 books have English and Japanese on the same page.

Yes, we send you the catalogue with pleasure. If you have Fax machine, we send you by Fax. Otherwise, we send you by Air Mail.

Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
Please refer to the attached list of shipping cost. We use Air Mail for delivering your order. Therefore, the shipping cost varies depending on the country and the area where you live in and also depending on the weight of your orders.
Q. Is my order placed on Friday processed on Friday?
We process orders that we receive Monday through Friday 9:30 to 18:30 Japanese time. If you place your order after 18:30 on Friday, or if we receive your order after 18:30 on Friday, your order will be processed on following Monday. Also we postpone processing your order received on Japanese legal holidays until the day of right after the holiday.
Q. How long does it take from ordering to receiving my orders?
Usually, it may take 7 days to 10 days until you receive your orders. However, sometimes it may take more than 10 days due to some reasons that beyond our control.
