	After the application, we will send 2 mails for the following information. 1) Information on credit card transactions. 2) CD key (password) in order to view Click on the [Download]button on the Top page of this site, install the application and register to the server with the given CD key to use our service. About viewing	What kind of PC specs do I need?
	We recommend the following environment. 1) CPU Pentium(R) 3 1.4Ghz or over 2) Memory 512MB or over 3) Hard Disc empty space 30GB or over 4) Monitor resolution settings 1024x768 or over. (It is not required but recommended) 5) OS Windows XP or Windows Vista (Will not operate with Macintosh) 6) Internet connection ADSL, cable TV, broadband such as fiber-optic 7) Internet Explorer 6.0 SPI or above 8) Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 * The older version of .NET Framework2.0 is installed. Therefore, if you use an application with the old version, prior to installing the 2.0 version, we kindly request that you contact the original developer before making the application to check if the 2.0 version will be stable and compatible or not.

	When starting up the application, internet is needed to login to connect to the server. Broadband connection is needed to download contents, however narrowband only is required if it is to play downloaded contents.

	It can be used as long as it fulfills the recommended specs.

	No, you can’t. The content is protected by copy rights and you can’t play the copied downloaded temporary file. The service is available within the application only.

About Suspending Delivery	What happens when monthly payment delays?
	Once applied, unless there is no application to cancel subscription, the content will be available for viewing. In case the monthly payment is not confirmed, delivery will be suspended automatically. Only after payment is confirmed, the delivery will reactivate again. Please take care on the automatic draft date. [Suspension Condition] When payment is not confirmed 30 days after the date fixed upon application of subscription, the content will suspend delivery automatically.
About contract cancellation	What do I do when I want to cancel my subscription?
	For cancelling subscription, please apply for subscription cancellation one week in advance by mail. Subscription cancellation is activated only after the following month in which the subscription cancellation process is completed. When application for cancelation is made at the end of the month, it is possible that it will only be cancelled the month after the following month. About contract cancellation	Is it possible to reactivate once a contract has been cancelled?
	Reactivation is possible after a new application is made. The CD key will be a new one so kindly note that the CD key used before cancelling the contract will no longer be usable.
