和道認定道衣

3.　サイズの選択

道衣着用時「和道・自然体」の姿勢状態にて「上着」の袖口が「手首くるぶし」より約5cm程度上に又、「パンツ」の裾が「足首くるぶし」より約5cm程度上にくる様に、別紙「認定サイズ」表から適切な、「サイズ（号数）」をお選び下さい。
現在使用中の道衣（数回洗濯したもの）の寸法も御参考の上「サイズ」を選択して下さい。
又、本認定道衣は非常に高度の防縮加工を施してありますので、度重なる洗濯にも「縮み」はほとんどありませんので洗濯による「縮み」を考慮する必要はありません。

4.　ネーム名

「上着」・「パンツ」共に個人名が入ります。
希望される「ネーム名」を申込書下段の「ネーム名」の欄に楷書にて御記入下さい。
「ネーム名」の欄が空白の場合は購入者の「姓」を「ネーム名」とさせて頂きます。
※当社の場合には空手衣に直接ネームが入ります。

5.　商品の発送

商品の発送は申し込み受付順に宅配便（佐川急便）にて指定先迄発送されます。

6.　代金の決済方法

商品宅配時に代金引き換え（代引処理）となります。
商品到着の際にご購入金額合計を宅配業者にお支払い下さい。
又「商品発送先」住所については上記「代金引替え」処理に御都合のよい住所を御指定下さい。　

Note:	1.	The price above is for a suit of tops and bottoms of Do-gi. You can choose different size of tops from bottoms. Please refer to the attached size list.
	2.	The price is determined depending on the tops size that you choose. Ex.) If you order No. 3.5 for your tops and No.4 for your bottoms, the total price of a suit of Do-gi is \16,275 at fixed price.
	3.	The prices of A type and B type on the size table are the same.
	4.	上記価格に送料は含まれております。
