"The 2nd of SEIJI-NISHIMURA FESTIVAL" NISHIMURA KARATE-DO CUP in Omuta

We will invite the members who have taken Nishimura sensei's seminar and decide to hold "The second of Seiji Nishimura Festival KARATE-DO Cup".

Basicaly, this is normal regular match.

But we named this match "Festival" because we adopted a unique entertainment part to this match.

We aim to make this match which you won't experience like this unique in Japan, and in the future, we want to invite foreign dojo which has participate Nishimura sensei's seminar.

About our Festival

  1. After your game, Nishimura sensei will advise you (It depends on timing)
  2. On the way to team game, we introduce tactics time. (Team instructor can change a game tactics like a volleyball)
  3. At individual game, over best8 can nominate own competitor
  4. We accept that participating team name's release or secret.
  5. Guardians will watch a match at not 2F but at courtside. (Guardians can watch their children's match immediately)
  6. General team victory dojo will be award Nishimura Festival original "Scarlet pennant".
  7. At the next year we will give them our original hakatadoll as replica
  8. We will award the man, who has been trained hard and not having won the prize, "Fighting spirit prize".
  9. All judge must wear karategi (wear Jinbaori on karategi) etc.

  18. Attention to participation

    1. Adult division needs mouthpiece · grove (red and blue)

    3. Face protector is acceptable not only new face protector. (set JKF)

    We award each division 1st to 3rd prize certificate of merit and supplementary prize

      General team victory dojo will be award Nishimura Festival original "Scarlet pennant". (in turn)
    2. Award a Fighting Spirit prize
      Dear. Instructor: Please choose a child who has been trained hard but cannot win in the match in advance.
      (But if the child has won any prize at this match, we won't award the one)
      Note:This prize intended for a dojo that over 10 member has participate in this festival.

  20. Attention

    1. We request a lot of participation in the judge.
      When you submit the application sheet, please write the name of the instructor who cans judgment. (Because we will write the name on the program）
      1. Participate team must turn out 1 judge at least
        (sink the qualifications:Inspector:Assistant judge)
      2. When own team's match, we will concern about the instructor can manage the match.
    2. Assistants of each court will covered by reserve athletes in each court
    3. All entries must be covered by Sports insurance
    4. Please understand that any medical treatment given will be of a first aid treatment type only.
    5. All entries must wear clean and white karategi and long hair · hair dye · put on an accessory is prohibited. In certain circumstances, we will pronounce default.
    6. Each team should bring own placard (It doesn't matter how big)

  21. Characteristic of Nishimura Cup.

    1. After your game, Nishimura sensei will advise you (It depends on timing)

      1. Team manager can change a game tactics like a volleyball
      2. When a match stopped (After chief umpire called "Yame"), team manager can request 20seconds timeout/match only once.
    3. At individual game, over best8 can nominate own competitor
      Instructors and athletes can maneuver for winning
    4. Guardians will watch match at not 2F but at courtside.
      (Guardians can watch their children's match immediately)
      Only cheering or an advice is no problem, but abuse at the opposition or the umpire, which exhibits a lack of concern for others, we will give category 2 penalty to the athlete. Instructor should notify guardians about this rule.
      But we admit the advice for own athletes at Nishimura Festival.
    5. General team victory dojo will be award Nishimura Festival original "Scarlet pennant". This pennant is in turn we will present a standby (karate original Hakata doll) next year.
